was no longer in place.)</DIV>

- money left over from about 5 years ago when we used to collect dues
($10/person) and had a few expenses. Since then, there hasn't been any
financial activity - we haven't collected dues, our insurance policy
lapsed, and our website is dormant.</DIV>
