[Bent] May 23rd Potluck Picnic

Great!

A few important notes:

For the May 23rd Bent Rally and Potluck Picnic, please RSVP to me so I can
communicate with those who intend to come, if necessary.  When you RSVP,
please tell me know what you plan to bring as food.

This will be a traditional "potluck" in that everyone brings picnic food
to share, but please run it by me (a personal e-mail is okay) so we are
sure to have something more than cupcakes and root beer.

There are grills at the Underhill Picnic Area.


:: IMPORTANT NOTE about rain. ::

At 6pm, on the day BEFORE the event, check the weather at the NOAA weather
site (http://www.noaa.gov/).

If there is a 30% chance of rain, or greater, predicted for the next day
(the day of the event), then the event is cancelled.  If the chance of
rain is 29% or lower, then the event still goes on.

As of now, rain is predicted, but we're keeping our fingers crossed.

If we're rained out, we'll look for an alternative date, probably later in
the summer.
