[Bent] MARS insurance

MARS is now officially insured! I just renewed our membership with the  
League of American Bicyclists for $45 and signed up for their insurance policy  
for $83, though I didn't check if it covers crossing bridges that are off 
limits  to the public.

Did you ever find out if MARS can get the Am. Bike League insurance? I  
know Rich would feel much better about leading rides with insurance in place.  
After Andy's accident it seems that would be a good use of our monies along  
with paying for the website and email. Since we're  no longer collecting  
dues the money will run out soon enough.
