I went there and he is NOT willing to work on it, since I did not buy mine
and my fiancé’s 

from him. He had nothing there for us to try and it seemed like a big deal
for him.

So we went to Peter at Bicycleman and had a great time trying all kinds of
bikes

I'm pretty sure David Lam at bfold, which is near Union Square, sells (or
used to sell) Catrikes, so he'd be my first choice.  Tiny shop, but he seems
to know what he'd doing.  Disclaimer: the only work he ever did for me was a
tuneup for my Brompton, which is his specialty.  But I had no complaints
about him or the service.
