[Bent] help

WASN'T THERE A SHOP IN LOWER MANHATTAN WHERE A GUY THAT USED TO WORK FOR RANS NOW WORKS?
ALSO I'VE HAD PRETTY FAIR EXPERIENCES AT TOGA.
