[Bent] Bike New York in the Rain?

I probably saw a couple of you guys on the ride--I passed a cattrike and a volae fairly early on, and i saw some people on a tandem cattrike like device (I didn't catch the label due to the rain and mud). I also saw a young woman riding a Linnear, a prototype SWB with underseat steering. She said it was being developed out of the Bicycle Man shop in Alfred Station. I was on a V-Rex with a yellow tailback.
The rain started really pelting down around 11, and the folks I was with at that time just started hammering to get to the bridge (I was on the BQE somewhere around Bay Ridge at the time). It was my first group ride on the V-Rex and I was really pleased--extremely stable at speed, and manuverable as all get out. Acceleration from a standing stop is pretty solid, too--I was passing the carbon roadbikes as their riders struggled to click in on the pedals and never looked back.
I'd like better weather next time...

Hi Clay, How was your ride? I was there too...cold and wet like
everybody.
I kept an eye out for all trikes, but only saw one, and I didn't think
it was you. It was the
old couple from Florida on the Greenspeed.
