[Bent] Bike New York in the Rain?

This is great! I'll be there in a black Catrike with a green & black flag
with a 700 on it. Have been told by those who've been there to take the
first ferry (5AM), but that seems a long time to hang out in Manhattan
waiting for the 8AM start. Will play it by ear...
