[Bent] MARS finances

We haven't collected any membership dues since 2004, so you can still  
consider yourself a MARSian in good standing. The only information about MARS  
that I know of is the flyer that appears on our website:

It provides a reasonable description of MARS, except that we don't  
currently collect dues and Andy is no longer our webmaster. The info on where to  
buy bents also needs to be updated.
