[Bent] MARS finances

[Richard Luciano]

As a sort of former member: my daughter and I paid for a few years. Now we reside in Austin, Texas. I would vote for using the money for insurance and website. If there is still money beyond what would be needed for 3 years of insurance and website, some bike-related charity would be very appropriate.

My 2 cents, I don't know if I'm still a member or not, but...
