[Bent] 'Ee's not dead yet

For a corpse, MARS looked pretty lively on Sunday- we had 10 recumbents
& 11 riders (1 bike was a tandem) out cruising the hills around Round
Valley this Sunday. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves (or did I
mis-read relief that they were done with hills as enjoyment?) I'm
looking forward to Eric's New Paltz ride on May 16 & will carpool (my
car or yours) with anyone between Quakertown & New Paltz. I think MARS's
apparent demise was due to some of our stalwarts having life changes-
Dick Ludwig's & Al Herman's health problems, Chris Spollen's brother
problems, & John Tetz pursuing Art over bikes. Old Pokey, Steve & I
were still posting rides, but not getting attendance. The turnout Sunday
shows me that if we can schedule a ride once a month thru the warm
season, we'll get riders to come out. So who wants to lead a ride in June?
