Hi Dan,

Welcome back to NYC...I just had my recumbent trike (Catrike Villager) tuned
there and only cost $20.00.

Call / e-mail Mark or if you are close stop bye. You might have to leave it.

Subject: [Bent] Recumbent Friendly Bike Shop in Manhattan???

I have just moved back to NYC. (I had lived here from 1974 to 1994.) I
needed help finding brake pads for my hydraulic brakes. I went to Bicycle
Habitat today (on Lafayette street). I was told that the repair department
do not want to work on recumbents. I had gone to Bicycle Habitat when I had
lived in New York and was introduced to recumbents with a test ride on a
Tour Easy.

Does my experience with Bicycle Habitat sound odd! It did to me. In any case
is/are there any recumbent friendly/knowledgeable bike shops in Manhattan or
anywhere in NYC?

Dan
