Nice to here from you Ross. I still have your Wind in My Soul video and  have 
shown it to quite a few people and gotten rave reviews. Hope to try the  
Hobie kayak one of these days and may take you up on your offer.

As you likely know, the leg motion is unlike the circular  motion used  
with bikes. It is a slightly modified forward and back  pattern with  
simple adjustment for a range of leg  lengths.

Down side? Mostly clearance problems in shallow or rocky  waters. Oh,  
and no reverse! Best to keep a paddle on board for both  such situations.

When a bolt froze due to galvanic reaction (of two  dissimilar metals)  
The nice folks at Hobbie sent a new kayak  free!
