Is the road work on 9W finished?

Last time I was there the road was a total mess.  The downhill north of 
the state line was pothole heaven, and the one just before the turn off 
to Piermont had the surface scraped off.  So one had to ride the brakes 
down both hills.

I also did river road a few days ago, and the surface is very good on 
most of it right now.  Some older surface still on the northern section, 
but the south one is very smooth.

I ended up joining the NYCC ride.  They had a bunch of different rides 
going on, all leading to the same picknick.  I was the only bent, and 
won the raffle for a NYCC jersey.
