[Bent] **Free** recumbent to a handy person

I live in central PA, around Harrisburg, if still available I would be  
interested.  I would pay for shipping if that would be ok. I have been  looking for 
a recumbent, but all the ones I have found are over $1000 and I  don't have 
that kind of money.
